Terms of service
Please read the following terms of service carefully before commissioning me.When you commission me, you will be recieving a .png file or an optional .csp or .psd file upon request. I will also reserve the rights to every work wether I post it or not.I will draw: original and fan characters, fanart, NSFW (+18), and new character designs.
I will not draw: mecha and gundam, noncon, underage NSFW, beastial art, extreme gore, or political art.If you are unsure if I will accept, please ask beforehand!I take payment through Cashapp. You may pay half upfront or in full.If you wish to use the work for commercial purposes, please tell me. There will be a fee discussed between me and the client.You may not use any work to mint as an NFT or crypto product. Unless previously discussed, the work you receive may not be used for commercial purposes.You may use the commissioned work for personal reasons, such as profile icons, backgrounds or banners, or to share with others online or in real life!If you are interested in commissioning me, please contact me through any of my socials.
Know what you want, bring references or descriptions, and be patient with me!
After discussing payment, I will ask for any deadlines and give an initial time-frame for the finished product. You will be given screenshot updates for each phase and every wanted change.If you wish to cancel, I will refund until i am past the sketch phase. You may cancel or pause the commission for any reason, but you may not ask for a refund at the end of the transaction.Thank you for reading!
